Allysha Turcotte

Allysha is a very busy wife and mom of 6. She has always been active, playing different sports growing up— until motherhood became the main focus and her own goals were kind of pushed to the back burner. After giving birth to 6 kids in 10 years, she really started to notice the toll that pregnancy and motherhood was taking on her body and decided enough was enough. She fell in love with Pilates and noticed how quickly she felt stronger and she noticed far less back pain. She knew right away that she wanted to share this with every mom she knew!

Allysha plans on using Pilates and fitness as a tool to bring moms together. To have a place where we can get together and work towards similar goals and become our best selves! Where the gym is not only a place to exercise, but a whole vibe—where everyone is welcome and we’re going to have fun. Where you can show up in that cute work out outfit or your PJs and no one will care because we have all been there! Allysha is creating the place For the Moms— so come and show up, mama! You deserve the time for YOU!

Jared Turcotte

Jared is a Lewiston native who is well known in Maine for his athletic achievements. In high school, Jared was a star player in many sports— earning the Gatorade Player of the Year for football in 2006, and receiving the Fitzpatrick Trophy— for being recognized as the best football player in Maine also in 2006.

After high school, Jared went on to play Division 1 football at the University of Maine, where he was recognized as an FCS Division 1 All American Player. Jared graduated with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology, and has continued his interest in exercise and how the body works over the years.

Injuries and life events led to Jared’s football career ending early, but that was not the end of his athletic adventures. In 2021, Jared was in search of an activity that him and his kids ( him and Allysha share 6 kids together) could learn at the same time. Together, they found Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and haven’t looked back! This new hobby turned into a love for martial arts and Jared quickly began competing. In July 2022, he had his first Mixed Martial arts fight and won— submitting his opponent in 37 seconds. His second fight, in November of 2022– he knocked his opponent out in 13 seconds. Jared knows How To Win. We are invested in his MMA career and are excited to see what the future holds.

This whole journey has been extremely interesting to Jared, as it pertains to his body. He has learned that he can push himself to unthinkable limits and that training your body isn’t the only aspect to winning— you can also train your mind— but most importantly you have to work and stay focused. Jared gives 1000% in everything he does and he is excited to share that motivation and push in his classes!
